Welcome to our wedding celebration in beautiful Sicily!
Raluca and I are beyond grateful to have you here with us. We know it took a lot of effort and time for you to travel from Romania and the USA, and we sincerely appreciate each and every one of you for making the journey to be with us.
As you settle in, we want to ensure you feel right at home. These three days are all about celebrating our love, friendship, and family, creating unforgettable memories, and enjoying the stunning beauty of Sicily together.
We've planned a series of exciting activities and special moments to share with you all. From exploring the island's breathtaking landscapes and indulging in delicious Sicilian cuisine, to simply enjoying each other's company, we promise there's plenty of fun and good times ahead.

Below you will find a series of information about the wedding celebration, some things we have organized for you and some are just ideas & travel suggestions. FLIGHTS
PLEASE BOOK A FLIGHT INTO TRAPANI (TPS) OR PALERMO (PMO) AIRPORTS and plan to arrive BY FRIDAY MAY 23rd.
If you are flying from the USA look for a flight into Rome and get a connection to get to EITHER Palermo or Trapani by Friday May 23rd. Both airports are an hour flight from Rome.
Ryan Air, Easy Jet and other low cost airlines are available to fly to Palermo and Trapani from many European & Italian cities. when you book your flight into Rome make sure to check your airport code: FCO (Fiumicino) or CIA (Ciampino). You might arrive in Fiumicino and leave to go to Sicily from Fiumicino - that is not ideal but can save you money. From Rome you will either fly into TRAPANI (TPS) or PALERMO (PMO). Trapani is slightly closer and it's a smaller airport, but they are either well located, depending on your hotel between 20 to 50 mins away.

What are my options?
By clicking on REQUEST a ROOM you will be directed to email us your preferred accommodation between: Baglio Soria, Baglio Nuovo and Baglio Ardigna. If you don't have a preference we will assign you a room and will send you a confirmation.
We will hold your reservation and you will be financially responsible for the room and a credit card will be required at check in.
RIDES
We will offer group transportation from the hotels listed above to the various planned activities and to and from the ceremony back to the hotel. If you would like to plan separate transportation please see the options below.

BOAT TRIP TO FAVIGNANA
We would like to invite our Family to gather on a day trip to the Island of Favignana. Bring your swimsuit and sun hat and get ready to spend the day snorkeling in crystal clear water and visiting the charming town of Favignana. We will leave the Hotel at 8am and come back around 6pm
FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY
Since spaces are limited we are offering a similar experience to everyone on a separate boat, if you would like to participate please make sure to RSVP below in the "RSVP section" of this website.

THE WEDDING DAY
The ceremony & reception will be held at Baglio Ardigna and will start at 4pm
Plan to be by the olive garden by 3:30pm.
Transportation will be provided from your hotel between 2pm and 3pm..
Following the ceremony you will be invited by the pool area to start the celebration.
Dinner will be served by the courtyard of Ristorante Ardigna.
Music & celebratory entertainment will happen through out the evening.
Our recommendation for the night is to eat slowly, embrace the simplicity of the surrounding, feel the love and enjoy la dolce vita!
Transportation will be provided to take you back to your hotel. Time TBC.
THE NEXT DAY
Breakfast at Baglio Soria - FAMILY ONLY
Before you take off for more adventure and hopefully discovering more about Sicily, Raluca and Dorin would like to share their gratitude with you all at Baglio Soria for breakfast, thank you and goodbyes.
Plan to be at Baglio Soria by 10am.
If you need a ride, arrangements for transportation will be made from your hotel to Baglio Soria and back.

Located near the harbor, this restaurant offers a fantastic seafood tasting plate and a cozy atmosphere, highly recommended!

Known for its delicious pizzas and great service, located on Via Ammiraglio Staiti

A Mediterranean restaurant with a great selection of seafood dishes, located on Via Giudecca 4.

DAY TRIP OPEN TO ALL GUESTS
DAY TRIP TO FAVIGNANA BY BOAT - $250 per person per trip - available on 5/23
Since today Raluca & Dorin will be busy with family and spots on our boat are limited, we decided to organize a separate boat for a day trip to Favignana that you won't want to miss.
For just $250, the package includes transportation and lunch, making it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
You'll be picked up from the Hotel in the morning and taken to Trapani harbor to start your adventure by exploring Favignana by boat. We'll navigate the stunning coastline, stopping at places like Scogliera Di Cala Rossa and Grotta del Bue Marino for some snorkeling and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. A delicious lunch will be served on board, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We'll also wander through the charming town of Favignana, with its beautiful square, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of shops to explore.
We highly recommend this trip because it's authentic, very well planned, and a great way to enjoy the island with friends.

If you would like to adventure to Favignana on your own, you have the option to take the ferry from Trapani. Once on the Island you can rent a bike or a scooter and visit the island from a very beautiful perspective.

MORNING IN TRAPANI & THE OLD FISHERMAN HARBOR
For those of you who don't want to stay out all day and might need a relaxed afternoon by the pool this is a great option.
Take a leisurely stroll through the charming Historic Downtown Trapani & visit the old harbor where fishermen still bring in the day's catch. This bustling area is a fantastic spot to witness the traditional fishing practices and get a glimpse of the local lifestyle. The harbor itself is picturesque, with colorful boats bobbing in the water and seagulls soaring above.
Continue your stroll by wondering through the narrow, winding streets lined with beautiful Baroque architecture, cozy cafes, and vibrant local shops. The atmosphere is filled with the rich history and culture of Sicily, making it a delightful place to explore and take photos.
This is a free activity that only requires getting to downtown Trapani. You can either rent a car at the airport or book a private driver through the concierge service in advance and pay for transportation. It's a perfect way to spend a relaxing day immersed in the local culture and history of Trapani.

AFTERNOON COOKING CLASS

This is a fantastic experience and we guarantee it will be a hit! Each of the hotels you are staying at has its own restaurant and produces a good amount of the food they offer. We have asked each of the owners/chefs to give you a personal tour of the kitchen and a cooking class. If you would like to participate, this will be an afternoon activities so you can still easily going to Trapani in the morning.
